Both travel BCDs utilise unique 800 denier materials specially commissioned by AP to offer the best possible combination of durability and lightness. Both BCDs weigh-in under 3kg. The new flight-friendly Travelwing comes with integrated weight pouches (convertable to cargo pockets as an alternate use). It is generously padded at shoulders, waist and back and offers 14.5kg of lift. Both BCDs feature an integrated shoulder-dump, for fine-tune buoyancy control, as standard. All-in-all the new BCDs are lightweight packages that still deliver the high performance, quality and comfort expected of a BUDDY.

| Ambient Pressure Diving – manufacturers of the most widely used closed circuit rebreathers – the Inspiration, the Evolution and the Evolution Plus will be displaying their new REC2TEC range of rebreathers at LIDs.
The new CCR range has been designed to meet the developing specifications of all of the current CCR training agencies – including the new PADI TecRec rebreather training path. All 3 APD units have been officially approved by PADI and can be specd for every training level from PADI Rebreather Diver (18m limit) to Tec100 CCR (100m).
The modular nature of the range, in terms of both hardware and software, allows the diver to spec their unit according to whichever agency they train with. One rebreather does it all – from rec to tec – upgrading as and when the diver progresses to the next level.
